ArchitectureChat does not offer any refund on the live sessions/course/workshop you have already attended or missed to attend. In case the mentor chooses to cancel a single session it will be rescheduled to a convenient time. However, if the mentor cancels the entire course a complete refund will be initiated. This amount will be refunded by ArchitectureChat within a period of 5 to 10 working days from the date of initiation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Course
You can ask for a refund or to cancel your subscription to the Course purchased on ArchitectureChat, we only issue a refund when you request it 5 days prior to the first live session or course start date. For example if a course is starting on 20th January, you can ask for a refund by 15th January. This amount will be refunded by ArchitectureChat within a period of 5 to 10 working days from the date of receiving an intimation of cancellation. To request a cancellation, you can mail us at [email protected] with the subject as “Request to cancel Course”. Once you opt to cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the Course.
